Southeastern Michigan Health Association (SEMHA) is a non-profit organization fostering collaboration among public health, healthcare, and community-based partners to improve health through risk reduction activities, contract management services, and health promotion. We focus on capacity building, addressing community needs, eliminating barriers, and leveraging technology for streamlined processes. Since 1956, SEMHA has remained dedicated to advancing public health in Southeast Michigan.
In today’s interconnected world, businesses, ideas, and people have a greater ability than ever before to connect and collaborate for a greater impact. By working together, we can combine unique strengths and resources to achieve goals that may have seemed impossible on our own.
We provide valuable programming and services in four key areas: Financial Services, Human Resources Personnel Services, Health Equity, and Health and Data Support. These areas of focus allow SEMHA to effectively support human equity, overall well-being, and organizational health.
SEMHA is dedicated to providing our community partners with top-notch Financial Fiduciary Services, helping you achieve your financial goals with confidence and peace of mind.
SEMHA’s HR services are designed to not only meet the needs of the organization but also to prioritize the well-being and success of each individual employee.
SEMHA strives to ensure fair access to healthcare resources, regardless of background, race, gender, or socioeconomic status.
SEMHA transforms data into actionable information, ideal for organizations focusing on strategic planning, project development, program evaluation, and comparative analysis.
